Where can I buy a Thermomix TM7 in the UK?
Through an authorised Thermomix Advisor, for £1,349. Buying through an Advisor gives you a demonstration first, personalised guidance, access to any Advisor offers you qualify for and payment-plan options. It is not sold in shops, on eBay or on Amazon, so be very careful with scam listings and second-hand machines.
Is the demonstration really free?
Yes. There is no charge and no obligation to buy. You provide the ingredients from a menu I send you in advance; I bring everything else and clear up afterwards.
How much does a Thermomix TM7 cost?
£1,349. Prices are set by Vorwerk and there are no discounts, although there can be additional gifts.
Do you hold stock or ship the machine yourself?
No. Every Thermomix is dispatched directly by Vorwerk. If anyone offers you a Thermomix from their own stock, or asks for a bank transfer, treat it as a warning sign.
What is Cookidoo and do I have to pay for it?
Cookidoo is Vorwerk's guided-recipe platform. A free 3-month period is included with a new TM7, after which the subscription is £50 a year, about £4.20 a month. The Thermomix still cooks without it, but you lose guided cooking.
Can I get a payment plan?
Payment options are usually available, subject to status and Vorwerk's terms. I will explain the current options and then send you to Vorwerk's own secure application. I never collect finance or bank details through this website.
Do you cover my area?
Online demonstrations are available anywhere in the UK. For an in-person demonstration I usually travel to you. Send me your postcode and I will tell you straight away.
What support do I get after I buy?
A welcome and set-up visit at your home, help getting into Cookidoo, an optional owners' WhatsApp group, and my phone number for when something goes wrong mid-recipe.
Is a Thermomix worth it?
It depends on how you cook. It earns its place if you cook from scratch most days or manage a restricted diet. It does not if you mainly use the oven or eat out often. I will give you the honest answer for your household at the demonstration.
