Who is responsible for your data
This website is owned and operated by Maria Calzada-Oliva, trading as Thermomix Meals by Maria, an independent Thermomix® Advisor, Advisor number 166314. I am the data controller for the information you give me through this website.

Vorwerk UK Ltd is a separate data controller for anything you submit directly to Vorwerk, including orders and finance applications. Their privacy notice applies to that data, not this one.

I do not collect bank details, card details or finance information through this website. If you want a payment plan I will direct you to Vorwerk’s own secure process.
Who I share it with
- Netlify — hosting this website and receiving and storing contact form submissions.
- Google Analytics — only if you accepted analytics cookies. No Google script is requested at all until you do. No names, email addresses or phone numbers are ever sent to Google.
- Vorwerk UK Ltd — only if you place an order, and only what is needed to fulfil it.
I do not sell your data. Some of these providers process data outside the UK; where they do, transfers rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask me to: give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how I use it, transfer it elsewhere, or stop using it for direct marketing. You can withdraw consent at any time. Email maria@thermomixmealsbymaria.com and I will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how I have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Contact form submissions are sent securely to Netlify, which hosts this site, and are filtered for spam. They are visible only to me through a password-protected account: there is no page on this site that can display anyone’s enquiry, so one visitor cannot see another’s.
No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive personal or financial information through the contact form. I never ask for bank or card details by email.
Children
This website is not aimed at children and I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes I will update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage.
